We only collect the data you send us and what is strictly necessary for the site to work:

• Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and content of your message.
• Audience measurement: browsing data (page views, device, source), set only after your consent.

No sensitive data is requested. Please do not send confidential case information through the form: we will agree together on the appropriate secure channel.

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your enquiries sent via the contact form — legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Operating and improving the website (audience measurement) — legal basis: your consent.

Your data is not subject to any automated decision-making or marketing.

• Contact enquiries: kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for up to three years from our last exchange, before deletion.
• Audience cookies: lifetime of about thirteen months; consent is requested again on expiry.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (secure hosting, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access).

To deliver the service, we rely on processors that only use your data on our instructions:

• Vercel — website hosting;
• Supabase — database (storing contact enquiries);
• Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill) — delivery of notification e-mails;
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — audience measurement, after consent.
