A clear and proportionate fee policy
The group is committed to transparency: every engagement comes with clear information on fees before any commitment.
How are fees determined?
Fees are set freely between the lawyer and the client, taking into account several factors: the complexity of the matter, the stakes, the time required and the nature of the engagement, whether advisory or contentious. As each situation is unique, the group favours a tailored assessment.
Several billing methods may be considered depending on the matter: a fixed fee for a well-defined engagement, time-based billing, or a combination of the two. Where the law permits, a supplementary success fee may be agreed in addition to a base fee.
Whichever formula is chosen, the group draws up a fee agreement setting out the scope of the engagement and the billing terms. The aim is simple: to let every client commit with full clarity.
- Clear information before any commitment
- Systematic fee agreement
- Fixed fee or time-based billing
- Payment by cheque accepted (approved association)
Depending on the matter, legal-expenses insurance may cover all or part of the fees. The group will inform you about these options at the first meeting.
